1. Overview

PrepWithTez provides job search mentorship, career resources, and AI-powered interview preparation tools. By using our website (prepwithtez.com) or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Services

• Digital Toolkit ($19, one-time) : unlimited AI tool access, job application tracker, networking CRM, and interview journal.
• 1:1 Mentorship Session ($49, per session) : a 60-minute video call for personalized career guidance.
• VIP Sprint ($299–$399, until hired) : an intensive mentorship program including weekly video calls, async support, resume and LinkedIn review, mock interviews, and the Digital Toolkit.
• Free AI Tools : browser-based tools (Resume Analyzer, Mock Interview, Cover Letter Generator, LinkedIn Optimizer, Elevator Pitch Generator) available with monthly usage limits.
• Free Resources : career guides and interview preparation articles.

3. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
• The Digital Toolkit is a digital product delivered immediately and is non-refundable.
• For 1:1 Sessions and the VIP Sprint: if you are not satisfied after the first session, contact us within 7 days for a refund of the remaining balance. No questions asked.
• Prices are in USD and may change. Existing purchases are not affected by price changes.

4. AI Tools Disclaimer

Our AI-powered tools use OpenAI’s language models to generate suggestions. Important limitations:

• AI output is not professional career advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of employment outcomes.
• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Always review and edit AI output before using it in applications or interviews.
• Your inputs (resumes, job descriptions, etc.) are sent to OpenAI for processing. Do not submit sensitive personal information (Social Security numbers, financial account details, etc.) through the AI tools.
• Free tool usage is limited per month. Limits may change at our discretion.

5. Mentorship Disclaimer

PrepWithTez provides career mentorship and guidance based on personal experience. We are not a licensed career counseling service, employment agency, or staffing firm. We do not:

• Guarantee job placement or interview outcomes.
• Guarantee referrals will result in interviews or offers. Referrals are offered on a best-effort basis to relevant contacts in our professional network.
• Provide immigration or legal advice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts or bots to access our AI tools or API endpoints.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limits.
• Redistribute, resell, or share purchased Digital Toolkit content without permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through our tools.

7. Intellectual Property

• All website content, templates, guides, and tools are the property of PrepWithTez unless otherwise noted.
• Digital Toolkit purchasers receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for their own job search.
• AI-generated output based on your inputs belongs to you. We claim no ownership of content generated for you.

8. Limitation of Liability

PrepWithTez is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to: job search outcomes, interview results, or reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
