2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Email address : when you subscribe to our newsletter or complete a purchase.
• Payment information : processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank details on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Resume and career data : if you use our AI tools (Resume Analyzer, Cover Letter Generator, etc.), your input is sent to OpenAI for processing. We do not store your resume or AI tool inputs on our servers.
• Usage data : we use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to collect anonymized performance and usage metrics. No personally identifiable information is collected by these services.
• Local storage data : some tools (Job Tracker, Networking CRM, Interview Journal) store data in your browser’s localStorage. This data never leaves your device.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver products and services you purchase.
• To send newsletter emails you opt into.
• To process your inputs through AI tools (via OpenAI) and return results to you in real time. Inputs are not stored after processing.
• To improve website performance and user experience.

• Topmate : session booking and scheduling (topmate.io/privacy)

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We do not use tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage to store your theme preference and tool usage data (e.g., Job Tracker entries). This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

6. Data Retention

• Email addresses are retained in our Resend audience until you unsubscribe.
• AI tool inputs (resumes, job descriptions, etc.) are not stored on our servers. They are sent to OpenAI for processing and discarded after the response is generated.
• Payment records are maintained by Stripe per their retention policy.

7. Your Rights

You can:

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email we send.
• Delete local data by clearing your browser’s localStorage.
• Request data deletion by emailing teztechai@gmail.com.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
